• Business practices vary between MoFR District offices and in some cases between Regions

• Impact on industry

• Internal government implementation issue

• In some cases, current systems do not meet the needs of varying business processes in place today
  

Recommendations

• Government is aware of this issue and is committed to working on alignment across province

• Government needs industry to identify specific issues when encountered.
